Angelica Hutchins is a member of the Data Privacy, Cybersecurity & Technology practice. Angelica’s practice focuses on advising clients on a wide array of matters related to cybersecurity, data privacy, and technology transactions. She counsels clients on compliance with state, federal and international privacy laws, including the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Angelica also assists clients with establishing data privacy and information security programs as well as contractual arrangements with technology vendors.
Angelica is an alumna of Marquette University Law School and Howard University.
