Antoine has served as an associate for international law firms in New York City and Dallas, Texas but is currently based in Charlotte, North Carolina. He represented borrowers and lenders in connection with unsecured and secured corporate financings of both public and private companies from diverse industries, including health care and biotechnology, consumer retail, sports, media and entertainment, and more. In addition, he represents companies in connection with corporate formation, governance and compliance matters.
