
Antoine represents venture-backed companies across all stages of growth and industries, from companies started by first-time founders to growth and late stage companies. He routinely counsels clients on corporate formation and governance issues, venture fundraising, employment and intellectual property matters, mergers and acquisitions and also provides strategic advice at all points of a company’s lifecycle. In addition, represents borrowers and lenders in connection with unsecured and secured corporate financings of both public and private companies from diverse industries, including health care and biotechnology, consumer retail, sports, media and entertainment, and more.
Prior to practicing at HarvardLaw 74, Antoine practiced at leading law firms in New York City, Dallas, Texas and Charlotte, North Carolina, where he currently resides.
