Brandon Sapp is currently the Founding Partner of Brandon Sapp Law PLLC. Brandon was born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, FL and received both his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Florida. While attending the University of Florida College of Law, he had the pleasure of serving as the President of the Black Law Students Association and later, the Law College Council. After law school, Brandon moved to Orlando and became an attorney at the Law Offices of Robert Wesley, Public Defender of the Ninth Judicial Circuit. While there, he represented indigent clients, litigated cases, and tried jury trials on a wide range of offenses ranging from misdemeanors to capital felonies. Brandon previously worked for a large defense firm for several years where he handled bodily injury and uninsured/underinsured motorist claims. Brandon later worked for one of the largest personal injury firms in the United States in which he gained valuable experience and handled Plaintiff’s premises liability and personal injury claims. He currently handles various personal injury cases, from auto accidents and slip and falls to wrongful death, and criminal defense.

Brandon is very active in the legal community on a local and state level. Brandon is a Past President of the Paul C. Perkins Bar Association and the Young Lawyers Section of the Orange County Bar Association as well as one of the Past Ninth Circuit Board of Governors of The Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division. Brandon currently serves as Board Member of the Orange County Bar Association (OCBA) Executive Council and the Legal Aid Society of the Orange County Bar Association, Inc. Board of Trustees, member of the University of Florida Law Alumni Council, Vice Chair of the Florida Bar Wm. Reece Smith Jr. Leadership Academy, as an appointee to the Ninth Judicial Circuit Professionalism Panel and was very recently selected as the Orange County Bar Association Lawrence G. Mathews Jr. Young Lawyer Professionalism Award winner.

Due to his diligent commitment to involvement in the legal community and work for his clients, Brandon received several awards and was chosen as a Florida Super Lawyers “Rising Star” from 2018 - 2024, Florida Trend Legal Elite “Up and Comer” in 2019-2021, Best Lawyers “Ones to Watch” in 2021 - 2023, Orlando Family Magazine Awesome Attorney for Civil Litigation in 2021, and National Bar Association Young Lawyers Division “Young Lawyer of the Week” in 2021.
