
Capri is a media, entertainment, and technology attorney serving as Assistant General Counsel at TIME, where she counsels on artificial intelligence, intellectual property, and global content licensing.
A proud Bronx native, Capri began her legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in the Bronx, honing strong skills in high-stakes advocacy and public service. She later served as Corporate Counsel at Ziff Davis, launching its first in-house pro bono program to expand legal access for underserved communities. Capri then joined Forbes as Commercial Counsel, advising on complex commercial transactions, licensing, and international matters supporting global operations.
Capri holds the CIPP/US certification and is pursuing the AI Governance Professional (AIGP) designation, reflecting her commitment to navigating the legal and ethical frameworks for emerging technologies. She is committed to mentoring the next generation of legal professionals and expanding diverse representation in the legal field.
