
Chauna focuses her practice on commercial litigation, contractual disputes, and financial litigation. She represents businesses and individuals in complex commercial matters in both federal and state courts, at the trial and appellate levels, as well as in arbitrations.
She has extensive experience litigating high-stakes disputes between corporations and stockholders, as well as between members and managers of limited liability companies and other business entities.
Chauna has handled matters involving fiduciary duties, non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, and demands for books and records.
In law school, Chauna served as an Articles Editor of the American University Business Law Review.
