Cheryl D. S. Walker is an experienced transactions attorney and strategic partner who is passionate about developing and executing innovative legal strategies to protect client interests and advance their business initiatives and goals.
Her experience includes drafting and negotiating a wide array of commercial agreements, including purchase and supply agreements, as well as equipment purchasing and leasing agreements.
Walker also negotiates design and construction services agreements on behalf of both purchasers and providers of design, engineering, and construction services. In addition, she handles credit facilities related to business acquisitions, working capital, construction, and real estate development.
