Chinyere represents public and private clients, including real estate investment trusts (REITs) and major financial institutions, in a broad range of corporate and securities matters. Her practice includes advising public companies on securities law compliance, disclosure and periodic reporting, equity and debt financings, and general corporate organization and governance matters, as well as secured and unsecured financing transactions.
Chinyere earned her J.D. from Boston College Law School and her B.A. from Colgate University. She is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and New York.
While in law school, Chinyere served as co-president of the Black Law Students Association, a student director for LAHANAS, and a member of the Boston College Law School Diversity and Inclusion Task Force. She also participated as a clinic student in the Boston College Innocence Program. In April 2023, she received the Outstanding Young Alumni Award from the Boston College Law School Black Law Students Association.
Chinyere is actively involved in the legal community and is a member of the Massachusetts Black Women Attorneys, Massachusetts Black Lawyers Association, Boston Bar Association, and New York State Bar Association. She also serves as Corporate Secretary for the Neighborhood House Charter School.
