
Collin’s practice includes defending corporations in a variety of areas, including product liability, and toxic tort litigation involving personal injury and wrongful death. He also represents construction firms (contractors and subcontractors), multinational manufacturers, suppliers and retailers, in a variety of disputes.
Collin has experience participating in all phases of litigation, including drafting responsive pleadings; drafting dispositive motions; drafting written discovery; conducting extensive document reviews; participating in the depositions of plaintiff, fact, and expert witnesses; developing fact witnesses, participating in arbitration, assisting in trial preparation; attending trial; and conducting cross and direct examination of fact witnesses at trial.
While in law school, Collin served as Vice President for both the Black Law Student Association and the Sports and Entertainment Law Society and was a mentor for the Dean’s Fellow Mentorship Program. In 2021, he won the University of Arkansas School of Law’s Board of Advocates Negotiations Competition. In 2022, Collin was elected by his peers to deliver the student commencement address.
