Courtney Suggs’s practice focuses on advising public and private companies on a wide range of corporate matters, including formation, financing, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate governance.
Courtney has also provided pro bono representation in a variety of matters, including voting rights, criminal law, and education. She is a member of the firm’s affinity groups Black Attorneys Collective and Woman of Color.
