Darrious L. Baker is a South Carolina-based attorney, entrepreneur, and licensed athlete agent whose career sits at the intersection of law, human capital, and business development. Baker is the Founder and Managing Attorney of GFHR Management LLC dba GFHR Sports, a licensed South Carolina NIL athlete agency (License #AAR-187885), dedicated to full-service Name, Image, and Likeness representation for collegiate athletes. Grounded in nearly 15 years of volunteer youth football and basketball coaching, GFHR Sports combines legal precision with athlete-first development — covering NIL contract negotiation, brand partnerships, NCAA compliance, and financial literacy.
He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina Joseph F. Rice School of Law, where he was a Dean’s List honoree, a scholarship recipient for excellence in employment law, and a two-term National Law Student Liaison for the Labor and Employment Law Section of the American Bar Association. He also holds a Master of Human Resources from the USC Moore School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Information Management from the USC College of Hospitality, Retail and Sport Management.
