Grounded in nearly 15 years of volunteer youth football and basketball coaching, GFHR Sports combines legal precision with athlete-first development — covering NIL contract negotiation, brand partnerships, NCAA compliance, and financial literacy. Baker earned his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina Joseph F. Rice School of Law, where he was a Dean’s List honoree, a scholarship recipient for excellence in employment law, and a two-term National Law Student Liaison for the Labor and Employment Law Section of the American Bar Association.
