Dee Baldwin is a managing associate in Dentons’ Atlanta office and a member of the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice. Prior to joining Dentons, she worked at a nationwide law firm, gaining substantive experience in a wide variety of practice areas, including transportation, entertainment, and complex commercial and business disputes.
Ms. Baldwin’s expertise spans all phases of litigation, including pre-suit investigation, written discovery, taking and defending over 50 depositions involving fact and expert witnesses, significant motion practice, and mediation. She has assisted clients in obtaining favorable summary judgment rulings and preparing first-chair oral arguments in state courts throughout Georgia.
She has represented numerous clients, including business owners, entertainers, corporations, third-party logistics companies, and manufacturers. Ms. Baldwin is a skilled, forward-thinking attorney who brings a unique perspective to her practice, enabling her to look beyond traditional tactics and prevail in high-stakes litigation. She has successfully adjudicated cases via dispositive motions and secured favorable resolutions in high multi-million-dollar exposure cases.
