He also worked as an appeals hearing officer in Texas, where he conducted telephonic hearings, rendered decisions based on evidence and ruled on objections. Additionally, as a law clerk at a law firm in Minnesota, Ralph drafted legal memoranda for asylum cases, prepared family-based immigration documents, and assisted foreign investors with EB-5 Visa applications.
