Eva Gobourne is an associate in the Corporate Department of Paul Hastings. She is based in the firm's New York office. She has practice experience in buy-side mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and securities law, specializing in compliance and regulatory matters.
Eva received her J.D. from Howard University School of Law, where she was the managing editor for the Howard Human & Civil Rights Law Review. Prior to graduating, Eva worked as a judicial intern for two distinct judges: the Honorable Associate Justice Mary T. Sullivan on the Massachusetts Appeals Court and the Honorable Justice Elspeth B. Cypher on the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. She received her B.A. from the Batten School of Leadership and Public Policy at the University of Virginia, where she was also a Division 1 coxswain for the Women’s Rowing Team.
