Jeremy Stephens is a labor and employment attorney in the Atlanta office of Morgan and Morgan, PA. He litigates matters of employment rights and discrimination, including overtime wage and hour, and civil and human rights for private sector and federal employees in state and federal courts as well as federal administrative tribunals.
Jeremy holds a J.D. from Rutgers Law School, and a B.A. in Political Science and Mass Communication from Purdue University. Jeremy enjoys architecture and real estate development, gardening, physical fitness, music, and quality time with family. He is admitted to practice in the State of Georgia and the State of New York. Jeremy is a Georgia native, born and raised in Gainesville.
