Jordan Golden is an associate in the Real Estate, Energy, Land Use & Environmental Practice Group at the firm’s Los Angeles office and a member of the Multifamily Team.
Jordan’s practice focuses on general real estate transactions across a variety of sectors, including commercial, industrial, hospitality, retail, residential, and mixed-use properties. He has extensive experience drafting leases, purchase and sale agreements, amendments to leases, title reports, and other related documents.
During law school at the University of San Diego School of Law, Jordan was a member of the San Diego Law Review and gained practical experience through internships in the legal department of an S&P 500 NYSE-listed Real Estate Investment Trust and at one of the largest publicly traded American companies on the NYSE.
Jordan is a recipient of the Gates Millennium Scholarship from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and the Diversity Fellowship from the San Diego County Bar Association.
