
Kayla is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate practice group. Her practice focuses on assisting developers, retailers, investors, and lenders in the acquisition, disposition, financing, development, and leasing of commercial properties, including multi-family, office, retail, and mixed-use developments. She offers comprehensive legal support to her clients through all phases of the commercial real estate transaction lifecycle.
Kayla graduated from Georgia State University College of Law, where she was inducted into the Order of the Barristers, was elected president of the Black Law Students Association, and was a regional champion with GSU Law’s Moot Court Competition Team. Shortly after beginning her career, Kayla was selected as 1 of 19 lawyers across the country to be inducted into the National Bar Association’s Associate Advancement Academy for Excellence and has been recognized as a “Top 40 Under 40” lawyer with The National Black Lawyers for consecutive years.
