Kennedy Myers is an associate in the firm’s corporate department and focuses her practice primarily on transactional work. Kennedy represents clients in connection with public and private capital markets transactions and other strategic transactions, including mergers and take-privates. Kennedy also regularly advises public company clients on securities law compliance, disclosure and corporate governance matters.
