Kevin Marshall is a published author and business attorney. He is the managing member of The Marshall Law Group, LLC, where he represents corporate clients in corporate governance, compliance, business formation, and litigation matters.
Public Service
In 2022, Kevin was unanimously appointed by the Atlanta City Council to serve on the City of Atlanta Human Relations Commission, where he serves as a city commissioner.
Litigation & Recognitions
Kevin has litigated in front of the Supreme Court of Georgia. He was recognized by the National Trial Lawyers Association as Top 40 Under 40 in Georgia and by the National Black Lawyers as Top 40 Under 40 in Georgia in 2021 and 2022. Additionally, he is ranked “Top 10 Under 40” by the National Academy of Criminal Defense Attorneys.
Education & Affiliations
Kevin is a graduate of Elizabeth City State University, where he served as Student Body President and is a proud member of the ECSU 40 Under 40 Society. He earned his law degree from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School.
