Kierstin Fowler focuses her practice on civil litigation matters in both federal and state courts. She has experience assisting in complex commercial, merger and acquisitions, and securities litigation matters, representing directors and officers, corporations, and financial institutions. In addition, Kierstin maintains an active pro bono practice.
While in law school, Kierstin participated in the Prosecution Clinic at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Virginia. During that time, she also served on the editorial board of the Virginia Journal of Social Policy and the Law.
