
McKinley Blaise Augustin is an active member of the Florida Bar who handles personal injury cases throughout Florida at the trial level. Born to Haitian immigrant parents, he was raised in Pompano Beach, Florida, a city known for having one of the largest Haitian American populations in the United States. His upbringing instilled in him strong morals and values that continue to guide both his personal and professional life.
Mr. Augustin began his legal career in 2014 as a legal intern while attending law school in Atlanta, Georgia. After earning his Juris Doctor in 2015, he returned to Florida and joined a small personal injury firm in Palm Beach County as an associate attorney, where he gained valuable experience in trial advocacy and litigation.
In 2018, Mr. Augustin established his own practice, Blaise Law Office, P.A., based in Pompano Beach, Florida. Throughout his career, he has served as lead counsel in a variety of matters, including family law, criminal defense, bankruptcy, and personal injury cases. At present, his practice focuses on representing plaintiffs in personal injury actions, where he has successfully handled several substantial cases resulting in six-figure settlements.
Mr. Augustin is a proud Seminole, earning his Bachelor of Arts from Florida State University and his Juris Doctor from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School.
