Natasha Halloran serves as Counsel for Compliance & Government Affairs at Forward Financing, a Boston-based fintech company dedicated to providing working capital to small businesses nationwide. In this role, Natasha integrates legal oversight with strategic foresight, driving the company’s long-term growth while advancing its compliance and government affairs initiatives.

 

Previously, Natasha was an associate in Troutman Pepper Locke LLP’s Privacy + Cyber practice group, where she assisted clients with privacy-related issues such as reviewing privacy policies, compliance, regulatory inquiries, and due diligence for mergers and acquisitions. Her practice also included litigating cases involving business disputes, class actions, federal and state consumer protection statutes, online tracking technologies, and data breaches.

 

After law school, Natasha served as a law clerk for the Honorable Robert S. Ballou at the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Virginia. Additionally, Natasha received her bachelor’s degree with distinction from the University of Virginia, where she served as vice president of the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., as public relations chair and vice president of the Undergraduate Black Law Students Association (U-BLSA), and as Legislative Affairs Committee member on the Student Council.
