Olanike A. “Nicky” Steen focuses her practice on antitrust-related matters. Nicky represents clients across many industries in a broad range of litigation matters in federal and state court and has experience with all phases of the litigation process, with a focus on class actions. These matters include market allocation, conspiracy, monopolization, tying, and other alleged violations of antitrust law. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Nicky was an associate in the Philadelphia office of a national law firm and focused her practice on construction litigation and counseling.
