Omar Graham

Omar Graham is an associate at Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman and Dicker, LLP in the Complex Tort General Casualty practice group. He represents established businesses and individuals in all aspects of civil litigation, defending claims related to general liability, automobile liability, premises liability, personal injury, and New York labor law.

Prior Experience

Port Authority of New York and New Jersey

Before joining Wilson Elser, Mr. Graham worked as a public servant defending the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. His practice included general, automobile, and premises liability matters, as well as:

• Civil rights violations under 42 U.S.C. §1983
• Railroad liability under the Federal Employer Liability Act (FELA)
• Workers’ compensation matters
• Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office

Mr. Graham began his legal career at the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office, where he advanced to Senior Assistant District Attorney in the Juvenile Unit. In this role, he handled cases of all levels, including felonies of the first degree, gaining extensive courtroom and trial experience.
