Practice areas: Trusts and estates administration and litigation, conservatorships, guardianships, estate planning and family law crossover issues.

Ms. Gordon received her Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where she was the Development Editor for the Southern California Review of Law and Women’s Studies. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree with a dual major in Psychology and International Relations from Claremont McKenna College. She was admitted to the California State Bar in December 2005 and joined the firm in February 2006.

Ms. Gordon authored “Enforcing a Dissolution Judgment After Death” in the September 2014 issue of the Los Angeles Lawyer magazine, and contributes as an Update Author for the Continuing Education of the Bar’s California Decedent Estate Practice Guide. She has also given presentations on estate planning, crossover issues between trusts and estates and other practices areas. She co-presented the second installment of the State Bar of California’s 2015 Trusts and Estates Section’s “Fundamentals of Trusts and Estates Practice III” MCLE Webinar Series entitled “Trust and Will Contests.”

Ms. Gordon is currently serving her second term as a Trustee on the Board of Trustees of the San Fernando Valley Bar Association. She served as Vice President of the University of Sothern California Gould School of Law’s Alumni Association Board (2017-2018) and as President of Jamaica Awareness Association of California, Inc. (2015-2016). She is also a member of the Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles, for which she serves as a mentor, the Trusts and Estates Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and the Black Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles.

Ms. Gordon has been named in the 2019 Edition of Best Lawyers for Litigation: Trusts and Estate; and 2018 Lawyers of Distinction
