R. Joshua "Josh" Gregory is a dedicated and dynamic attorney based in Georgia, specializing in civil litigation, personal injury, and insurance law. He earned his J.D. from Mercer University School of Law in 2024, following a B.A. from the University of South Carolina in 2020. Josh was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 2024 and is an active member of the Young Lawyers Division, the Macon Bar Association, and the Atlanta Bar Association. He brings a fresh yet well-rounded perspective to his legal practice.

During law school, Josh gained valuable experience through a judicial clerkship with Judge Jeffrey Monroe in Bibb County Superior Court, where he drafted orders and bench briefs on complex legal disputes, primarily involving insurance law. He also served as a summer associate at a prominent Macon law firm, contributing to cases in medical malpractice, premises liability, products liability, and personal injury. His responsibilities included analyzing medical records, attending depositions, and conducting legal research to support case strategies and summary judgments.

Josh was actively involved in advocacy and moot court during law school. He was a member of the Mercer Advocacy Council and competed on Mercer’s National Mock Trial Team. His excellence in advocacy and competition earned him induction into the Mercer Law School chapter of the Order of Barristers.

Outside of law, Josh was a collegiate athlete at the University of South Carolina, playing baseball, which reflects his discipline, teamwork, and commitment to excellence. He also worked in the office of U.S. Senator Tim Scott, managing constituent relations during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Josh maintains memberships with the Atlanta Bar Association Young Lawyers Division, Macon Bar Association, and DRI: Lawyers, and he continues to contribute to legal thought leadership through articles and blogs, including on Georgia Tort Reform.
