Rashad is an associate in the Firm's Financial Restructuring and Insolvency Group and is based in the Los Angeles office. His practice focuses on the representation of debtors, creditors, and other interested parties in chapter 11 bankruptcies, out-of-court workouts, claims reconciliation, and related proceedings.
Committed to pro bono work, Rashad has devoted his time to matters involving veteran benefits, criminal appeals, and prisoner rights.
Prior to his legal career, Rashad served in the United States Army as a Human Intelligence Specialist, including a combat deployment to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
