Rev. Dr. Rickey Nelson Jones, Esquire is the founder and pastor of Living Exactly Like Jesus Baptist Church, which will celebrate its 23rd anniversary in 2025. He also maintains an active legal practice focused primarily on serving the Church in its various expressions, including corporate church entities, church members, and pastors.
With over 40 years of academic, scholarly, publishing, and legal experience, Dr. Jones concentrates his practice on the full range of legal matters affecting religious organizations. His work is dedicated to providing comprehensive legal guidance to churches and faith-based leaders.
He has been married for nearly 40 years to the woman he prayed for, and together they have one son, a college graduate in Animal Science who is currently working in his field of study.
