Shadai Walker is an insurance regulatory attorney and focuses her practice on researching and reviewing state legislation and regulation to assess the impact on the business of insurance. She assists the Insurance Regulatory team on regulatory filings and compliance matters. Prior to joining Mitchell Williams as an associate, Shadai worked as a law clerk for the firm where she assisted insurance regulatory and business attorneys with general corporate matters and research. While in law school, Shadai externed at Arkansas Children’s Hospital and assisted with the review and drafting of internal policies.
