Shareda Coleman represents commercial clients in labor and employment disputes and other complex business litigation, including breach of contract actions. Her experience includes defending clients against charges filed with administrative agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission (PHRC), and the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). Shareda also represents companies in defending against employment discrimination complaints in state and federal courts.

In addition to her litigation practice, Shareda counsels employers on compliance issues related to state and federal anti-discrimination laws, paid leave requirements, noncompete laws and a wide range of other employment-related concerns. She also manages internal investigations for employers to help them assess if they have a legal compliance issue they need to address or to consider steps to minimize the risk of litigation or government scrutiny.
