
Tatiana Webb focuses her practice on labor and employment matters. Prior to joining Littler, Tatiana was with a regional Mid-Atlantic law firm. She has defended private employers under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Pennsylvania Human Relations Act (PHRA), and Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA) cases, as well as defended public entities under 42 U.S.C. 1983 claims.
Tatiana also participated in labor negotiations and assisted in drafting collective bargaining agreements. She counseled employers regarding handbooks and employment policies, including noncompetition agreements and solicitation clauses. She also managed and led internal employment investigations related to claims of racial and gender bias and discrimination.
