
Tenia L. Clayton is a member of the Health Law Group and concentrates her practice on assisting health care organizations in a variety of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions and other corporate matters. She also focuses on regulatory and compliance matters. Tenia earned her law degree with a Health Law Certificate at Belmont University College of Law and a B.A. in human health at Emory University.
