Attorney Tiecia Ayers is a dedicated personal injury attorney based in Houston, Texas. She represents individuals and families who have been harmed due to negligence, with a practice focused on Motor Vehicle Accidents, Trucking Accidents, Slip & Fall / Premises Liability, Wrongful Death, and Other Injury Claims.
Attorney Ayers understands that navigating the legal system can feel overwhelming—especially when someone is injured and dealing with pain, bills, and uncertainty. She is known for her compassionate, client-centered approach and her commitment to advocating fiercely for those who deserve justice and fair compensation.
A proud graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington, Ayers earned her Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Criminal Justice, graduating Cum Laude. She later obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center, where she distinguished herself as a member of the Moot Court Team, winning the 2016 Moot Court Intra-Team Competition, and received the CALI Award for Excellence in Legal Research, Analysis & Writing. She also served as a Student Attorney in the Civil Practice Clinic and completed training as a Certified Mediator through the Mediation Clinic.
Before founding one of the leading Black-owned personal injury law firms in Houston, Attorney Ayers gained valuable experience at various Houston-based law firms working on personal injury, medical malpractice, and complex civil litigation matters. She also interned for the Honorable Judge R.K. Sandill of the 127th District Court in Harris County, where she observed courtroom practice firsthand.
Today, Attorney Ayers uses her litigation experience, trial advocacy, and negotiation skills to protect the rights of injured Texans. She listens intentionally, explains legal options clearly, and stands beside her clients every step of the way.
Beyond the courtroom, Attorney Ayers is a proud mother of two boys and a foster mother to two beautiful girls, and she brings that same spirit of care, leadership, and resilience into her legal practice every day.
