Titus practices in Georgia and South Carolina. He is a graduate of Morehouse College and the University of Georgia School of Law, where he is also an Adjunct Professor. His practice is devoted to Civil Litigation and advising businesses on Data Privacy and Cybersecurity issues. In addition to his civilian work, He is a Captain in the United States Army, where he serves as a Judge Advocate General for the Georgia Army National Guard. As a JAG Officer, he is the legal advisor to Commanders in regards to fiscal regulations, government investigations, and emergency response/preparations. Prior to opening Nichols Law, Titus previously served as an Assistant District Attorney, where he focused on violent felonies, sex crimes, and appellate litigation.
