His clients benefit from his ability to conduct thorough interviews, draft critical legal documents, provide strategic counsel on regulatory adherence and risk mitigation, develop training materials, and perform due diligence to ensure compliance in ever-evolving legal landscapes.

Will started his legal career as a federal law clerk with the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan to Chief Judge Denise Page Hood. There, he researched and drafted opinions on state and federal matters related to freedom of expression, civil rights, evidentiary issues, preliminary injunctions, §1983, and federal preemption. He earned his J.D. from Duke University School of Law, his M.A. in higher education from the University of Michigan School of Education, and his B.A., magna cum laude, from the Ohio State University.
