Reginald D. McDaniel, Attorney at Law LLC, recently won a $1.46 million dollar jury verdict in the Middle District of Alabama United States Federal Court against Mega Trucking, LLC and driver Patrice Morgan. The case involved a collision between two semi tractor trailers on U.S. Hwy 231, just north of Troy AL in August 2020. Attorney McDaniel represented Touri Eugene Abbott who suffered significant back injuries from the collision. The jury trial lasted five days before the Hon. William Keith Watkins. Adam Parker served as Co-Counsel. Rodney Davis, an associate attorney at Reginald McDaniel, Attorney at Law and Briana Williams assisted at trial.
