White & Case Adds Serena A. Rwejuna as a Partner in Washington, DC

Global law firm White & Case LLP is expanding its Global Project Development and Finance Practice with the addition of Serena A. Rwejuna as a partner in Washington, DC.

Rwejuna's practice focuses on advising energy companies on a range of regulatory issues. She also has experience with a variety of clean energy technologies, including solar, wind, hydro and waste-to-energy. She counsels utilities, generators, pipelines, natural gas distribution companies and other energy industry participants on compliance with Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) regulations, and advises them on project development, mergers and acquisitions, and administrative litigation and dispute resolution, and state regulatory compliance.
