We have an exciting opportunity for a Mergers & Acquisitions associate to join the Finance & Transactions team in either our Chicago, Los Angeles OR New York office. - You have 3-6 years of commercial transactional/M&A experience experience at a law firm
- You have experience with private equity and/or venture capital clients
- You have experience managing multiple matters simultaneously
- You have a J.D. degree (or its equivalent) and strong academic credentials and are admitted in (and in good standing with), or taking steps to become admitted in, the state in which you will work
