Andreas advises and represents employers across a wide range of industries with respect to various employment law matters, including those involving discrimination, harassment and wrongful termination, labor relations, litigation, pay equity, and wage and hour violations. Andreas’s practice also focuses on advising/counseling employers regarding daily workplace issues and employee handbooks and policies.
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Andreas gained valuable experience in a boutique litigation firm in Charleston defending clients in complex civil litigation matters.
While in law school, Andreas clerked for the Honorable Judge Lucy Inman at the North Carolina Court of Appeals. Andreas received significant hands-on experience in litigation and employment law by completing a residency with the National Labor Relations Board (Region 10) and as a summer associate with The Fresh Market, Inc. Andreas also served as an Articles Editor for the Elon Law Review and was on the Moot Court Board.
