Bianca Olliver, Esq. is the owner of Olliver Law Firm, PLLC. Ms. Olliver has an extensive background in handling commercial and residential real estate transactions for Buyers, Sellers, and Lenders. Additionally, Ms. Olliver has experience with landlord-tenant matters and representing lenders, servicers, and homeowners in foreclosure litigation. Currently, Ms. Olliver's practice solely focuses on residential and commercial real estate transactions (deed transfers, lease review, contracts and the like), closings, and landlord-tenant matters.
