Feuerstein Kulick (www.dfmklaw.com) is currently looking for a mid-level corporate associate (MINIMUM 3 years of experience) to join our fast-growing team. Ideal skills include experience in mergers and acquisitions and/or securities law. Experience counseling clients in Cannabis or other regulated industries, a Big Law background and/or familiarity with advising venture capital or private equity investors are all plusses but are not required.
