mid-level associate to join our Labor & Employment group in our Indianapolis
office.
Our ideal candidate will be barred in Indiana
(or eligible for admission on motion) and have three to five years of
experience in employment law matters including:
•
Basic knowledge of laws governing employment relationships (Title VII,
ADA, ADEA, etc.)
•
Experience drafting charge responses, conducting investigations, and/or
defending or taking employment depositions
•
Proven briefing and writing skills
•
Experience counseling employers on policies, termination, discipline,
and routine workplace matters
