Husch Blackwell, a full-service law firm, has an
immediate opening in it’s Denver, Milwaukee and St. Louis offices for Real Estate Attorneys with 4+ years of
experience. The ideal candidate will have experience
with general real estate transactional matters, such as leasing and
purchase/sale transactions, real estate finance and/or development incentives. Extensive
joint venture agreement experience is also a plus.
The candidate must have a strong academic record,
strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with a team, superior
judgment, the ability to effectively handle multiple projects, and the ability
to articulate legal strategies and courses of action. Candidates should have
an active bar license in the state corresponding with the office to which they
are applying or commit to obtaining one as soon as possible.
Pursuant to Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act,
the compensation range for this position in Denver only is $215,000 to $260,000,
commensurate with qualifications and experience. Associates are eligible for an
Associate Performance Bonus and Client Development Bonus. In addition,
employees receive a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental,
and vision.
