Husch Blackwell, a national
full-service law firm, has an immediate opening in any of our locations for a Corporate
Real Estate Attorney with a minimum of five years of
experience. The ideal candidate will need to have an in-depth
corporate background within the commercial real estate industry, with a focus
on real estate investment, acquisition, development, and disposition.
Experience with corporate joint ventures and commercial contracting is strongly
preferred, and any experience in M&A and securities transactions, as well
as corporate governance, would also be beneficial in this role.
The candidate
must have a strong academic record, strong interpersonal skills with the
ability to work well with a team, superior judgment, the ability to effectively
handle multiple projects, and the ability to articulate legal strategies and
courses of action. Candidates should have an active bar license in
the state corresponding with the office to which they are applying or commit to
obtaining one as soon as possible.
Pursuant to
Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the compensation range for this
position in Denver only is $220,000 to $260,000, commensurate with
qualifications and experience.
Associates are eligible for an Associate Performance Bonus and Client
Development Bonus. In addition, employees receive a comprehensive benefit
package including medical, dental, and vision.
