Charise Frazier

Charise R. Frazier is a shareholder in the Indianapolis office of Hall, Render, Killian, Heath & Lyman, P.C. She concentrates her practice in the area of general health, working for a variety of health care entities on a wide range of matters such as clinical services, patient care, behavioral and mental health, data management, electronic health records, mergers and acquisitions and compliance counsel. As compliance counsel, Charise’s services include fraud and abuse analysis under Stark Law and the Anti-Kickback Statute, conducting compliance assessments and mock audits, developing policies and procedures, providing training and education, conducting internal investigations and responding to government investigations. Charise also has over 18 years’ experience advising clients regarding state and federal privacy and security laws, including multi-state breach incidents and responding to government investigations. She has successfully navigated numerous breach investigative requests from Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights and state Attorney General. Charise speaks locally and nationally on health law issues and serves as the Chair of the firm’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee.
