Los Angeles or Oakland
Husch Blackwell, a national law firm, has an immediate
opening in its Los Angeles or Oakland office for a Labor &
Employment Associate with two to five years of experience. This experience
would include both litigation and counseling clients on a full range of
employment law issues. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate that
they have litigated various employment issues, including discrimination, retaliation,
and harassment claims, before government agencies as well as state and federal
courts.
The ideal candidate will have excellent academic
credentials, a commitment to the community, superior communications skills and
a demonstrated record of working well under pressure. Candidates must reside
in California and have a California bar license.
