opening in its Austin, Dallas, and Houston offices for a Real Estate Attorney with a minimum of four years of experience. The ideal candidate will have experience with general real
estate transactional matters, such as purchase/sale transactions, loan finance
and/or development incentives. Joint venture agreement experience is also a
plus.
The candidate must have a strong academic record, excellent
interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with a team, exceptional
judgment, the ability to effectively handle multiple projects, and the ability
to articulate legal strategies and courses of action. Candidates should have an
active Texas bar license or commit to obtaining one as soon as possible.
