Jordan Jean counsels clients on the complexities of corporate law transactions. Jordan brings a background in policy and politics to his practice. As a Venable summer associate, he conducted research for corporate, regulatory, immigration, and commercial litigation matters. In law school, Jordan served in the Vaccine Injury Litigation Clinic and Prisoner & Reentry Clinic, where he gained experience researching and drafting memoranda, interviewing and counseling clients, and developing litigation strategies. Prior to law school, Jordan worked as an intern in the U.S. Congress.
