We have an immediate opening for a
Government Contracts Associate. We will consider candidates for any of our
offices including our virtual office, The Link.
The ideal candidate will have three
to five years of experience in matters involving federal government contracts, including
contract compliance counseling, bid protests and claims litigation, and False
Claims Act investigations. The candidate must have exceptional research and writing skills, a
demonstrated interest in litigation, and the ability to work collaboratively as
part of a team.
Candidates
should have an active bar
license in the state corresponding with the office to which they are applying
or commit to obtaining one as soon as possible. Candidates currently practicing
in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area and admitted to practice in Virginia
or Maryland are preferred.

Pursuant to applicable
state laws, the compensation range for this position in Denver, Los Angeles,
and Oakland only is $215,000 to $240,000, commensurate with qualifications and
experience. Salaries in all other markets will vary depending on market data.
Associates are eligible for an Associate Performance Bonus and Client
Development Bonus.
