Mr. Swanson is a proud native of St. Louis, Missouri, who has focused his entire life around three key principals: culture, commitment, and community. 

An alumnus of two Historically Black Colleges and Universities, Jackson State University and Howard University School of Law, Mr. Swanson prides himself on being a product of institutions with a rich cultural history of fostering excellence. Mr. Swanson began his commitment to the pursuit of social justice as a student at Howard University School of Law, where he served as a student attorney with the Howard University Criminal Justice Clinic and also as Captain of the award-winning Huver I. Brown Moot Court Trial Advocacy team. 

In a professional capacity, Mr. Swanson has practiced in a wide array of legal areas including family law, mass tort litigation, state and federal criminal law, and personal injury. 

Mr. Swanson is actively licensed to practice in the State of Missouri, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, and the State of Illinois.

Mr. Swanson is not just a legal practitioner; he is a dedicated advocate who fights for justice, empowerment, and positive change. Mr. Swanson's commitment to clients and his community remains at the forefront of his practice.
